Returns & Exchanges

At SAOLAR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance eyewear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your outdoor adventures, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused sunglasses and all original accessories, including the hard case and cleaning cloth, back into the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
